Important Notice: Our Return & Refund Policy Has Been Updated

Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

 Refunds We do not offer cash refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, we may issue store credit in the form of a gift card, at our discretion. Please read each item's description carefully before purchasing, as some items contain no stretch.

Restocking Fee As of July 10, 2024, a 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Final Sale Items All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders All items are inspected for quality and defects before leaving our warehouse. If something is wrong with your order, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Do not send any items back without first receiving written confirmation from our customer representative. Anesia Kloset LLC is not responsible for packages returned without prior confirmation.

We are not responsible for orders lost in transit, packages sent to an incorrectly provided address, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only if the same item is available in the desired size or color. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, makeup, and odors (including perfume and deodorant)
  • Returned in original condition with all tags attached

No exceptions will be made. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Exchangeable Items The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances:

  • One-size items
  • Bodysuits
  • Leggings
  • White and cream items
  • T-shirts
  • Accessories

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and a confirmation email has been received.
